-Does Wisconsin need a corrupt $1 billion casino?
Does Wisconsin need a $1 billion casino? Well, if the Mohegan get their way we will be getting one. In other news, people in other states are starting to question the Mohegan’s fitness to develop and run casinos.
As we’ve told you before, the Mohegan Gaming Corporation is in the middle of an aggressive expansion strategy to become a national gaming chain. In addition to their Kenosha project, they also operate casinos in Pennsylvania and Connecticut and are looking into building casinos in Washington, Kansas and New York.
Several news stories have surfaced recently that question the Mohegan’s choice of business partners.
According to this story in The Saratogian (New York), their choice of business partners makes you wonder if they should even be running a casino.
